Due to the nature of our e-learning products, we offer a 48-hour refund and exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you encounter any issues, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to our allied health programs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
